Program Description
The Mankato School of Massage and Eastern Bodywork 600-Hour Foundational Massage Therapy Certificate Program is designed to prepare students for professional practice through comprehensive training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, therapeutic bodywork, client assessment, treatment planning, professional ethics, business practices, and supervised clinical experience.
The program emphasizes Traditional Style LomiLomi as its primary modality and integrates traditional healing principles with modern therapeutic approaches to bodywork.
Graduates will be prepared to enter the massage therapy profession with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional standards necessary to work safely, ethically, and effectively with a diverse population of clients.

MSMEB utilizes a hybrid educational model combining distance education, classroom instruction, practical hands-on training, and supervised clinical experience.
