Advanced Traditional Style Hawaiian Bodywork

Take your Traditional Style Hawaiian Bodywork practice to the next level in this immersive weekend intensive. Designed for practitioners who have completed the foundational training, this course expands your technical repertoire while deepening the fluidity, precision, and artistry of your bodywork.

Throughout the weekend, students will learn advanced stretches, sheering techniques, butterfly, angel move, flying, vibration, friction, hip drop and the integration of hot stones within Traditional Style Hawaiian Bodywork. These techniques are taught with an emphasis on body mechanics, practitioner flow, and creating effective, therapeutic treatments.

We will also review foundational hula movements for students who attended the Spring 2026 class, while providing hula basics for those who are new to this component of the training. Hula serves as an important foundation for developing rhythm and movement throughout the massage.

This one-weekend course combines hands-on practice, instructor demonstration, and individualized feedback, allowing students to build confidence and refine their skills while honoring the traditions and principles of Hawaiian bodywork.
